$8 million in ad spendturned into life insurance leads.

IronFlow is not a broker or a data reseller. Since 2021 we have run our own media across Meta, YouTube, native and search, built our own funnels, and sold the leads those campaigns produce directly to the agencies working them.

What arrives in your CRM

Every lead ships with the same record

The fields below are standard on all seven verticals. Vertical-specific data is listed on each lead type further down. Nothing is delivered without a complete record.

  • ContactFirst and last name, mobile number, email address, full street address, city, state and ZIP
  • DemographicsDate of birth, age, gender, marital status, and household composition where captured
  • Coverage intentRequested coverage amount, coverage type, existing policy status and stated reason for the inquiry
  • Health snapshotSelf-reported height, weight, tobacco use, and major health conditions on verticals where it affects placement
  • Consent recordTrustedForm certificate, one-to-one TCPA consent language naming the buyer, IP address, timestamp and full form-session replay
  • Source dataTraffic source, campaign, creative and landing page the lead came from, so you can score by origin
  • Verification flagsPhone validation and carrier lookup, duplicate check against 90 days of history, DNC and litigator scrub results
  • DeliveryPosted over API into your CRM or dialer, with email and SMS fallback. Exclusive by default; shared and aged available on request
How a lead is made

Six stages between the ad and your dialer

Every lead we sell walks the same line. Nothing is bought from an aggregator and relabeled.

Stage 01

Media buying

In-house buyers run vertical-specific campaigns on Meta, YouTube, TikTok, native and Google. We own the ad accounts, so we control volume, geography and cost per lead rather than inheriting someone else's.

Stage 02

Creative testing

Roughly 400 new creatives a quarter. Final expense hooks do not work on annuity prospects, so each vertical gets its own angles, landing pages and offer language, tested weekly.

Stage 03

Compliant capture

One-to-one TCPA consent naming the buyer, TrustedForm certificates on every submission, and full form-session records retained so the origin of any lead can be evidenced.

Stage 04

Verification

Phone validation, carrier lookup, duplicate scrubbing against 90 days of history, litigator and DNC scrub, plus knockouts on age and state licensing before anything ships.

Stage 05

Real-time delivery

Posted straight into your CRM or dialer over API, typically inside a minute of the form being submitted, while the prospect is still on the page.

Stage 06

Closed-loop tuning

You return contact and placement data. We route budget toward the sources producing policies rather than cheap form fills, and review the numbers with you weekly.

Lead types

Seven verticals, each with its own funnel and its own fields

Volume is available daily in all fifty states. Send your carriers, licensing footprint and target age band and we will build the filter around it.

Vertical 01

IUL

Higher-income prospects researching tax-advantaged retirement and cash-value strategies. Longer forms and fewer leads, but materially larger cases.

  • Annual household income bracket
  • Retirement timeline and existing 401(k) or IRA status
  • Monthly premium prospect can commit to
  • Tobacco use and general health rating
  • Age 30–55, exclusive only
Vertical 02

Final expense

Our highest-volume line. Seniors seeking burial and small whole-life coverage, generated on direct-response social and search.

  • Coverage amount requested, typically $5k–$25k
  • Existing policy in force, yes or no
  • Beneficiary intent and household situation
  • Major health conditions and tobacco use
  • Age 50–85, real-time or aged
Vertical 03

Mortgage protection

Homeowners inside the first years of a new mortgage or a refinance, when the coverage conversation is most relevant.

  • Homeowner status confirmed on form
  • Approximate mortgage balance and monthly payment
  • Loan origination or refinance date
  • Spouse or co-borrower on the loan
  • Property address for records matching
Vertical 04

Annuities

Pre-retirees and retirees with investable assets asking about guaranteed income and rollover protection. Asset-qualified before delivery.

  • Investable assets bracket, $100k minimum
  • Account types held: 401(k), IRA, brokerage, CD
  • Retirement date or already retired
  • Current advisor relationship, yes or no
  • Age 55–75, exclusive only
Vertical 05

Trucker

Owner-operators and company drivers who rarely convert on generic life ads. Creative and targeting written specifically for the road.

  • Owner-operator or company driver
  • CDL class and years driving
  • Carrier or fleet where applicable
  • Best callback window around route hours
  • Coverage amount and dependents
Vertical 06

Veteran

Veterans and military families looking at coverage beyond VGLI. Compliance-reviewed language with no implied government affiliation.

  • Branch of service and years served
  • Discharge status and current VGLI or SGLI coverage
  • Spouse and dependent coverage intent
  • Service-connected conditions where disclosed
  • Exclusive only
Vertical 07

Spanish

Spanish-language creative, landing pages and consent copy written natively rather than translated from English. Routed only to agencies with Spanish-speaking agents.

  • Language preference flagged on the record
  • Final expense, mortgage protection or IUL intent
  • Full standard contact and coverage fields in Spanish
  • Consent captured in the prospect's language
  • Bilingual routing by agent availability
Who we work with

Built on repeat orders

Most of our insurance volume goes to agencies that started with a small test order and now take standing daily allocations. We keep buyer counts deliberately low so the same lead is not being worked by six people.

  • Founded2021, New York
  • Buy sideIndependent agencies, IMOs, FMOs and call centers
  • RetentionMajority of accounts active more than twelve months
  • MinimumTest orders start at 25 leads
"We moved our whole final expense budget over after the first month. The difference is that these people actually remember filling out a form."
Agency ownerFinal expense call center, Tampa FL
"The IUL leads are expensive and worth it. Our average case size roughly doubled against what we were buying before."
Managing partnerIMO, Dallas TX
"Spanish leads were the unlock for us. Nobody else was sending anything written in Spanish to begin with."

"Real-time posting into our dialer, no spreadsheets, no delays. Our contact rate went up on speed alone."

Division 02 — Legal

$10 million in ad spendbehind two case types.

IronFlow Legal launched in 2023, built on the media operation IronFlow has been running in life insurance since 2021. We generate motor vehicle accident and workers' compensation claimants for firms and for the marketing companies that supply them. We do not spread across mass torts and every practice area. We run two lines and run them deep.

Case types

Screened against your criteria before the record reaches you

Every claimant answers the same qualifying set for their case type. Anyone falling outside your criteria never gets billed to you.

Case type 01

Motor vehicle accidents

Auto, commercial truck, motorcycle, pedestrian and rideshare collisions. We capture the facts your intake team would ask for on the first call, so the conversation starts at qualification rather than discovery.

  • Date, time and location of the collision
  • Fault: claimant not at fault or shared fault, and the other party's insurer where known
  • Vehicle type and role: driver, passenger, pedestrian or cyclist
  • Injuries described in the claimant's own words
  • Medical treatment received, currently receiving, or planned
  • Police report filed and report number where available
  • Insurance coverage in force on both sides
  • No current attorney representation
  • Incident within the state's statute of limitations
Case type 02

Workers' compensation

On-the-job injuries across construction, warehousing, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality and transport. Screened on the details that decide whether a claim is worth opening a file on.

  • Date of injury and how it happened
  • Employer name, industry and job title
  • Employment status: W-2 confirmed, plus full or part time
  • Injury reported to the employer, and the date it was reported
  • Body parts affected and severity described
  • Medical treatment status and time missed from work
  • Claim filed, pending, denied or underpaid
  • Whether benefits are currently being received
  • No current attorney representation
On every record

Documentation

The compliance and source data attached to each case, regardless of case type. Records are delivered in real time by API into your intake system, with email and SMS fallback.

  • Full contact details: name, mobile, email and address
  • TrustedForm certificate on every submission
  • One-to-one TCPA consent language naming the receiving firm
  • IP address, timestamp and complete form-session replay
  • Traffic source, campaign and creative the case came from
  • Phone validation, duplicate check and litigator scrub results
  • Exclusive by default, delivered to one buyer
  • State and case-type routing applied before delivery
How a case is sourced

From impression to intake in five stages

All media is bought and run in-house, under our own ad accounts and our own compliance review.

Stage 01

Targeted media

Geo-fenced paid social, search and native around the corridors, venues and employers that produce collision and workplace injury claims, budgeted state by state against your capacity.

Stage 02

Compliance review

Ad copy avoids outcome guarantees and passes bar-advertising review before it runs. One-to-one consent names the receiving firm, and every certificate and timestamp is retained.

Stage 03

Qualification

Claimants complete the full case-type questionnaire covering date of loss, fault, injuries, treatment, employment and prior representation. Incomplete records are not delivered.

Stage 04

Routing

Cases route by state, case type and your daily cap, with your criteria applied as hard filters. Screening notes travel with the record so your intake team sees the full picture on arrival.

Stage 05

Returns and replacement

Seven days to flag anything off-criteria, wrong number, duplicated or already represented. Replacements are issued rather than argued about, and return rates are reviewed with you monthly.

Companies we supply

We sell to buyers who audit everything

A meaningful share of our legal volume goes to established legal marketing companies and case acquisition firms buying MVA and workers' compensation at scale. These are buyers who check every record, track signed-case rates and drop suppliers quickly. The remainder goes direct to contingency-fee firms.
